1. Eligibility for Return:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Perishable goods, gift cards, personalized items, and items like masks and handkerchiefs are not eligible for return.
- Products with altered, fallen, or edged sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Timeframe for Return:
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the shipment. For exceptional cases, please reach out to us at support@averi.in.
3. Initiating a Return:
- Log in to your account on Averi.in and navigate to your order history to select the item(s) for return.
- Alternatively, you can email us your order details at support@averi.in to initiate the return process.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
- Use a trackable shipping service for added security. Ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact.
5. Refund Process:
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
6. Exchanges:
- Direct exchanges are not offered. Please return your original item and place a new order for the desired product.
- For product exchanges due to size or preference, the balance amount will be refunded or a credit note issued, as applicable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@averi.in with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect.
8. International Orders:
- For international orders, cancel your order before shipment for a full refund.
- Returns from international locations will incur shipping, customs, or other additional charges borne by the customer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only cover product costs.
9. Sale Items:
- Products purchased during a sale are non-refundable.
